Our brains and bodies are wired in such a way that praying to God and having faith in God's love and power can make a real difference in our health. As human beings we have a natural instinct to pray, this conversation is as natural as breathing, it is a function of life. Prayer is a conversation we experience with God. The practice of praying has been found in one form or another in nearly all cultures and among all peoples.
